The OTAL unit is designed for military and law enforcement applications. This rugged unit mounts behind the front sight cage on the AR-15, M-16 and M-4 style rifle on a picatinny rail. The low profile design allows the laser to be used in conjunction with picatinny  Price/Purchase Infrared Lasers sold to Law Enforcement and Military with appropriate paperwork only.
